Role OverviewThe role involves supervising work groups, ensuring quality work, providing staff training, and overseeing physical works on-site to guarantee safe delivery and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and integrity of all activities under your responsibility.
- Maintain a thorough site diary documenting daily events.
- Organize and develop a skilled labor delivery team, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Allocate labor resources efficiently for project requirements.
- Plan projects in collaboration with the Construction Manager and technical staff.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is done safely and accurately.
- Record and manage redline drawings and ITP checks.
- Provide recommendations for career development of site labor resources.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and standards across all activities.
- Hold PTS, COSS track safety competencies or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff influence.
- Prior involvement in Track & Systems installation, preferably urban systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Understanding of rail disciplines and interface management.
