Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, an Administrator to join a busy but friendly office setting with wheelchair access.
Duties to include supporting the director and his assistant with general office admin tasks, answering the telephone and handling client queries, along with other day to day office tasks as required by the management team.
Based in Leyland/Free on-site car park.Salary dependent on experience.
Part time (30 hours) or full time hours available.
Mon-Fri (Hybrid work pattern once trained).
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. As are excellent
written and verbal communication skills and a confident telephone manner. The
ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines either as part of a team or
independently and without oversight is non negotiable.
Commercial credit control experience in a B2B setting is highly desirable but not
essential, as full on the job training will be given to the successful applicant.
