Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing schedules and appointments
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
  • Maintaining and organising office files and records
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Supporting HR functions such as onboarding and record maintenance
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or coursework in office administration is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • No prior experience necessary we provide full training
