Projects Administrator to work for a successful and growing business based in Bamber Bridge, Preston

Permanent/Full time

Salary £23-25K per annum (and/or dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits and free car parking.

Purpose of the Job:


The Project Administrator's role is to provide a full range of administrative and secretarial support to the Administration Manager and the Project Teams.

Principal Duties for the Post will include but are not restricted to the following:
Administrative/Secretarial Support

Provide general administrative and secretarial support for the Project Teams in accordance with set timescales.

Project Responsibilities

  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all members of the project team during the contract period.
  • Provide administration support and secretarial support to Project team.
  • Assist with chasing tender quotations for work packages.
  • Prepare subcontract orders ready for director approval.
  • Track and record subcontract order information.
  • Attend and take minutes for meetings including internal site meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings and client progress meetings using uptodate ISO templates.
  • Coordinate with the project team and assist in keeping uptodate project site signing in register accident book, utility meter readings and site waste management stats.
