An Office Administrator working for Cavity Extraction Limited would be required to:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Implementation and upkeep on accreditations including ISO9001 and 1400
  • Manage plan of works and organise workloads
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Input data / invoicing with Sage software
  • Sage Payroll
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Complete other related office tasks


Previous experience of working for a construction firm is desirable, as well as knowledge and understanding of ISO administration and also previous use of SAGE is desirable.

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Sage & Sage payroll


This role would suit someone needing to work around childcare arrangements, for example before and after the school run and the hours needed can be split up as required.

Hourly rate of between £11.00 and £12.00 per hour which is dependent on previous experience.
