We are currently recruiting for an

End 2 End Multi Site Planner. It's a rare opportunity to join an exciting team; we're looking for experienced individual to be responsible for driving Customer Service and minimising End-to-End Supply-chain costs for Dairies and Depots covered, facilitating stock flow, through alignment of the schedule and outbound Despatch plan. You will continuously improve and optimise Daily standard Dairy running plans to drive service and efficiency. The role provides a key link between Manufacturing, Despatch, Logistics, Supply Chain Service and Central Planning.

This role will cover Bellshill and Manchester locations.

Your challenge for the End 2 End Multi Site Planner

  • E2E Service and cost optimisation. Ensure Dairy run plans are balanced to maximise efficiency, while supporting excellent Customer Service, optimum depot stock levels, and minimising Finished Goods Wastage. Scope to include strong collaboration and input from, Milk Intake, Milk Processing, Filling, Despatch and Depots. Lead regular Dairy run/plan reviews, and Depot Stock Holding reviews, involving and aligning all key stakeholders.
  • Manage, mitigate and Communicate Daily/weekly issues and risks to Service and Wastage proactively. Contribute fully to Daily/weekly Short Interval Control Meetings and weekly reviews (Dairy), and crossfunctional calls/reviews with Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics. Prepare Service and Wastage KPI data for weekly reviews
  • Develop and align crossfunctionally plans for significant events, such as Planned site shutdowns, major maintenance outages, and business changes, such as customer volume gains and losses.
Contribute to identifying Network optimisation opportunities and develop plans to implement. Play an active role in implementing Network change and other cost-saving initiatives

  • Support Endtoend Planning Optimisation Manager to develop and implement Best Practice across the endtoend Optimisation within the White Milk and Cream network, resulting in Standard ways of working, and delivering improvement opportunities. To include documentation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Build and develop powerful working relationships with key E2E Supplychain stakeholders up to Dairy Site Lead, Depot Senior Operational Logistics Managers, Supply Chain Service, Planning Leadership team and Head of Planning.
