About You
Excellent telephone skills
Essential experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience of working in a reception or admin role
Friendly, team player, always willing to help and be supportive of colleagues
Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Professional and pleasant manner
Ability to work using own initiative
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
30 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am-3pm
