Responsible for faxing and photocopying as identified by the appropriate member of staff, which may include confidential or sensitive information, ensuring any confidential material not required is disposed of correctly. Attend departmental meetings as appropriate. Provide non-clinical information or guidance to patients/relatives. Distribute/redirect as required clinical and patient correspondence.
Liaise with Medical staff/Clinic staff regarding clinic availability slots. Assist with general clerical duties as necessary including receiving, delivering and sorting mail. Attend education and training activities in line with Departmental and Organisational objectives as agreed. Take responsibility for personal development and education.
