About the Job:

  • This is a field-based role with national travel.
  • Representing a well-known brand and manufacturer, you will introduce a range of top-quality structural construction, timber, and flooring products to the market.
  • Your customer base includes top 25 national house builders like Taylor Whimpey, Redrow, Barratt Homes, and Persimmon, as well as timber engineering companies such as Howarth Timber, Staircraft, and Donaldson Timber. You will also work with selected national builders' merchants.
  • You will inherit a solid client base and be responsible for nurturing relationships and identifying growth opportunities within these accounts.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Prior experience in selling to national house builders at the corporate level.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
