This is a field home based role with national travel
On behalf of blue-chip brand and manufacturer you will bring to the market a leading range of structural construction / timber and flooring products.
The customer base / route to market is national / top 25 national house builders, including (Taylor Whimpey, Redrow, Barratt Homes and Persimmon), timber engineering company's such as (Howarth Timber, Staircraft, Donaldson Timber etc).
The successful Key Account Manager - National House Builders will inherit a strong client base and will be tasked with developing relationships and uncovering growth opportunities within these accounts.
The Company hiring a Key Account Manager - National House BuildersOur client are a leading manufacturer of heavy side and light side commodity construction products.
They have manufacturing plants all over Europe with a work force that is 800+ strong and a turnover in excess of GBP400m.
There are multiple divisions within this business and their products range from interior finishing products through to structural building products.

Strong commercial acumen / budgeting & forecasting experience
