Healthwatch Lambeth is the independent and award-winning health and social care champion for local people. We work to understand the needs, experiences and concerns of people who use health and social care services.
We focus on ensuring that everyone in Lambeth can get the support they need to live well and in Lambeth that means we pay attention to the impact of inequalities on the health and care outcomes for our different communities.
We do this by creating a culture of collaboration and partnership and through our award-winning engagement work which is deeply rooted in our communities.
Information and Signposting Service
The main aim of the Information and Signposting offier is to coordinate our information and signposting service which helps local residents to understand, navigate and access health and social care services in Lambeth.
We do this by providing information about local health and social care services and community resources to residents in our borough.
This involves:
- Delivering the Healthwatch information and signposting service, answering questions from the public by telephone, post, and social media.
- Providing information and signposting to local people to help them navigate health and social care services in the borough and be able to raise their concerns
- To support core aspects of Healthwatch Lambeth's work which includes innovative outreach and other related activities.
Closing date midnight on 20th February and Interviews will be held on Tuesday 7th March
