Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a seasoned Community Engagement Officer, you will serve as a visible point of contact for residents, engaging them through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring residents are informed about the work processes and effectively communicating updates and changes.
- Coordinating the handover of keys to site teams.
- Providing exceptional customer aftercare, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and managing expectations between residents, clients, and our operational teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to navigate challenging situations and be an outstanding communicator capable of collaborating with various stakeholders. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working for a contractor or in a client-side community engagement role, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management. Resilience under pressure and a strong sense of discretion and respect in a public-facing role are essential. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
