As a Resident Services Associate, you will be the face of our front of house team, providing top-notch service and ensuring our building is a benchmark of efficiency and quality.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Uphold and deliver the customer service strategy and standards to increase resident satisfaction.
  • Provide high-quality resident services, including meet & greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, and lettings viewings.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the company to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Foster resident engagement and promote the organisation while building strong relationships with external partners.
  • Manage front and back of house functions, amenity space, voids & unit management, tenancy, income management, and tenant involvement.
  • Ensure the delivery of services is in line with health and safety requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in market rental properties, travel & tourism, or hospitality.
  • Strong awareness and implementation of health and safety requirements.
  • Experience in business/private events is beneficial.
  • Teamwork experience with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Property or customer service qualifications are advantageous.
  • Track record of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and engage effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a passion for customer service.
  • Relationship-building skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to embrace new challenges daily.
  • Goal-focused, positive, and resilient, with a determination to deliver exceptional outcomes.
