This is an excellent opportunity to join an established commercial catering organisation based near Brighton on a permanent basis in an administrative role within their spare parts department.


The purpose of the role is to prepare quotes for clients, process all subsequent orders and control stock. You will work as part of a small, friendly team and will be required to work from the office.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Speaking with engineers and administrative teams to ensure processes run smoothly
  • Maintain good supplier relations
  • Ordering parts with suppliers
  • Tracking parts ordered/goods received
  • Liaising with service team
  • Producing van stock reports and ordering replacement parts
  • Carrying out stock checks
  • Controlling returns

- Customer Services / Order Processing experience

- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good computer literacy including the ability to work with different online order processing systems

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
