We are looking for Independent Living Coordinators to join our team working to improve the lives of older people across Sheffield.

Independent Living Coordinator 21.75 hours per week Ref ILC823PT

Hours to be worked flexibly Monday to Friday.

£22,685 per annum pro rata, plus pension and 30 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro rata)


If you have drive, enthusiasm, a solution focused approach and have the ability to raise expectations about what is possible in later life this position is for you.

You will be a people person, highly organised and skilled at practical problem-solving.

You will relish working in a constantly evolving environment and enjoy working in the community, developing relationships with older people, GP Networks, partner and referral organisations.

You will have the ability to inspire and engage older people and their families.

You will be a brilliant listener and be comfortable managing a case load of customers and facilitating access to services, resources and facilities to enable older people to live independently at home with improved quality of life.
