You'll be responsible for shaping, nurturing, challenging, and inspiring learners of all ages from 16+ to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to become future construction professionals.
Working as part of our team you'll support the Curriculum Leader to maintain learner punctuality, attendance, retention, achievement, and success.
We provide teacher training, so if you're direct from industry, we will support and provide teacher training to help you transition to qualified Teacher status within your first two years.
What we're looking for
We'd like you to be as passionate as we are about delivering top quality training and helping people build their confidence and skills so they can progress into work or further training.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a qualified Electrician
Relevant Electrical Level 3 qualification
An understanding of electrical installation 2365 And 5357.

Levelling Up Premium
Eligible further education teachers in their first five years of teaching can claim up to £6,000 after tax from Autumn 2024.
They should have a teaching qualification; be working towards a teaching qualification; or intend to do so in the next 12 months.
The premium will also be available over academic years starting 2024 and 2025 where teachers meet eligibility criteria.
The premium covers those teaching specific STEM and technical courses in building and construction, computing (including digital and ICT), early years, engineering and manufacturing (including transport engineering and electronics), maths, physics and chemistry.
