Contract: 36.25 Hours per Week, Permanent and Term Time

Start date:
As soon as possible


Hours: 8:15am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday,

term time plus 5 INSET days per year

Part-time considered.
Can you multi-task? Being the first point of contact, front of house, this is a key role. As such, you will need to be organised, confident and enjoy communicating with people at all levels. You want to make the best first impression with people coming and going.

You will have:

- excellent customer service skills;
- a passion for helping people;
- extensive school or general office experience;
- excellent IT knowledge and the use of Word/Excel etc;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral;
- accuracy and pride in your work;
- excellent organisation skills with a systematic approach to workload management;
- knowledge and understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices and protocols;
a full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation, including Health & Safety;
- the ability to relate well to children and adults;
- an understanding of the importance of confidentiality;
- the ability to multi-task;
- the ability to work under pressure;
- the ability to work on your own initiative;
- the competence to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these;
- the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities;
An excellent understanding of SIMS will be an advantage.
