Role Overview: Year 2 Teacher you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that engage and challenge students in this critical stage of their education. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that align with the Year 5 curriculum and educational objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and abilities of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1/2, preferably in Year 2
- A comprehensive understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
