This service is for service users who find themselves living in precarious housing or at risk of eviction but not statutorily homeless as defined by the Homeless Reduction Act.


Housing Management Worker

Hours: 37.5 Hours

Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 9-5

Overview of the Role

The client is looking for a full-time Housing Management Worker to provide person centred support to service users, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policies and procedures.

To support service users with life skills and empower them to makea positive contribution to society and become self-sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Completing and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety Policy, maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).
  • Support service users with their tenancies
  • Support service users who struggle with their vulnerabilities

Required Skills, Experience, & Knowledge

  • Passion and desire to help people who are struggling with their tenancy and are at risk of homelessness

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
ESSENTIAL:Professional experience working with young people or adults with learning disabilities or mental health Transferable skills which could enable you to support vulnerable adults who are at risk of homelessness
Interview Process

1st Stage - Shortlisting
In the first stage I personally will review your CV. Should you be successful, I will invite you for a Microsoft teams meeting.

2nd Stage - Pre-Screening

In this stage, we will have a Microsoft teams meeting to discuss your right to work, work history, and suitability for the role.


3rd Stage - Formal Interview

In this stage, you will go have a formal interview with the hiring manager and a member of HR via Microsoft teams.
