Housing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Housing team as a Scheme Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage low-level anti-social behaviour, including attending evictions and managing complaint processes.
- Provide a housing management service, signposting tenants to support organisations, and dealing with part of the lettings process.
- Undertake compliance checks and scheme inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Work with external agencies, such as Social Workers, to address safeguarding concerns and additional support requirements.
- Identify and report potential repairs or faults in the scheme.
- Experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is desirable.
- Housing management experience and basic knowledge of welfare benefits and rent accounts is desirable.
