About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Housing team as a Scheme Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage low-level anti-social behavior, including attending evictions and managing complaint processes.
  • Provide housing management services and signpost residents to support organizations.
  • Contribute to the lettings process, including viewings, pre-void inspections, and key management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular scheme inspections.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as social workers, to address safeguarding concerns and provide additional support.
  • Identify and report potential repairs or faults in the scheme.
Requirements
  • Experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Housing management experience and basic knowledge of welfare benefits and rent accounts are desirable.
  • A full, current driving license is desirable for occasional travel between schemes.
