Key Responsibilities- Manage low-level anti-social behavior, including attending evictions and managing complaint processes.
- Provide a housing management service, signposting tenants to support organizations, and dealing with part of the lettings process.
- Undertake compliance checks and scheme inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are met.
- Work with external agencies, such as Social Workers, to address safeguarding concerns and additional support requirements.
- Identify potential repairs or faults in the scheme and ensure they are reported and monitored.
- Experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Housing management experience and basic knowledge of welfare benefits and rent accounts are desirable.
- A full, current driving license is desirable for occasional travel between schemes.
