Jaguar Land Rover Coventry is currently recruiting for a Loyalty Specialist to join their growing team.


As a Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for helping to grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department.


You will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and helping develop the conversion of service customers into new sales and focusing on the retention of our current customer base.


At Sytner we work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.


About you


If you are sales driven, customer focused and looking for a start in the automotive industry then we would love to hear from you.


You will have an outstanding work ethic and want to maximise your full potential whilst driving the finance and add-on performance forward.


Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
