An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Events Team in the National Risk and Resilience Department of the Scottish Ambulance Service.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Coordinator who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic.


The post holder will provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the Events Team in a professional, effective and efficient manner.

The post holder will be required to demonstrate a high level of initiative, ability to learn new systems and organising and prioritising often competing and conflicting demands.

Applicants should be self-motivated and as they will be working remotely, they must be driven and able to work on their own initiative in order to manage a number of projects effectively.

Good time management with the ability to multitask, plan and organise day-to-day workloads within a home working environment is essential.

Please note that this is a secondment agreement of 12 months.

This post can be on a working from home basis with occasional days within Motherwell - This can be discussed further at interview
