We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fleet Account Executive to join the Bradford based office of our Fleet Department

What Will You Be Doing?

Main responsibilities include:

  • Processing Customer Vehicle Orders
  • Quoting on car and commercial vehicles for multiple vehicle brands
  • Working on multiple vehicle brand systems and ensuring our information is up to date and correct
  • Working with our wider group companies
  • Liaising with customers and lease companies providing them with updates
  • Communicating with and booking the services of third parties if required
  • Checking vehicle availabilities & responding to specific queries from customers
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Completing routine Admin tasks relating from order to delivery
  • Other general administrative duties
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

  • Will be a strong & personable communicator
  • Needs to be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be IT proficient particularly with Microsoft packages
  • Will have a keen eye for detail with strong numeracy skills
  • Will demonstrate excellent organisation skills
  • Needs to have exceptional customer service and people skills.
  • Will have a positive cando attitude and team player mentality
Previous experience using Kerridge would be advantageous for this position.
