About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity due to growth and are recruiting an additional Admin Assitant
Our client has been established many years and has always been focused on the need for flexibility and reliability for our customers.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities (not limited to):
- Electronic filing
- Raising Purchase Orders on inhouse system (Winman)
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Speaking to suppliers
- Speaking to departmental managers / coordinators
- Day to day office administrative work
Key Skills Required:
- Essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone manager
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Flexibility towards tasks and working hours
- Good I.T. skills, with ability to learn new systems
- Experience of working in in office environment, preferably within purchasing
- Access to a 24/7 /365 legal helpline
- Discount at hundreds of high street stores and supermarkets
- Access to a 24/7 /365 financial helpline
- Free help and support 24/7 /365 via telephone
Salary:
From £11.00 per hour
