Our Chancery Lane stores provide luxury Womenswear and Menswear, with womenswear brands such as Max Mara, Armani, Hugo Boss, alongside our own Ede & Ravenscroft Tailoring for menswear and womenswear.

We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time [40 hrs. per week] Sales Assistant to join our Chancery Lane Team (London). The role is to work on a flexible basis across the two stores, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Main duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
  • Representing brand values along with a professional manner and appearance
  • Supporting store management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store KPI results
  • Undertaking store housekeeping and some visual merchandising
  • Working across our womenswear boutique and our menswear tailoring store.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
  • 1 year of retail experience ideally some luxury clothing experience
  • Flexibility to work across the two stores (located side by side) as required on a flexible rota.
Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach.
