They operate an innovative and proven mortgage processing solution which launchedinto the UK market last year. You will join a team of skilled and passionate people whose culture centres around collaboration and inspiring impact.


The Salesforce Administrator role is responsible for driving continued improvement and utilisation of the CRM to optimise their employee experience, improve customer experience and create exciting new marketing opportunities and digital channels.

In therole of Salesforce Administrator you will support the growth by working with the CRM team to drive the business change required to implement a new feature and provide analysis and support to a diverse group of stakeholders.

This is a new product to the businesswhich launches next month, partnering with 3 technical consultants, so this is more user focussed and tasked with getting the best out of the new system.

The role is on a 12 month FTC to begin with but is the possibility to turn permanent.

Key Accountabilities of the Salesforce Administrator:

  • Work with the CRM team and stakeholders to support the Salesforce Platform
  • Creating and maintaining Salesforce Platform in line with business requirements such roles, security, profiles, permissions and data integrity
  • Perform ongoing system administration and data maintenance in support of our users
  • Collaborate closely with frontline teams, squads, and other business units to ensure solutions provide an improved experience for members and staff
  • Running fortnightly release highlight sessions with business stakeholders
  • Produce high quality support documentation to assist teams with new and improved enhancements
  • Support CRM team with other investigations including defect analysis and reproduction, analysis of future product enhancements.
  • Implementing enhancements through CI/CD tooling

Skills & experiences of the Salesforce Administrator:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with recent implementation experience of a Salesforce platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex situations clearly
  • Experience in maintaining and adapting a Salesforce Platform
  • Skilled in using Confluence and Jira
  • Experience of working within an agile methodology
  • Experience working with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling. Good understanding of version control tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions.
  • Salesforce Administrator certified
Our client's office is currently based in Berkshire, however this is a largely remote role, predominantly working from home.

You will be required to travel to the office no more than once a week and if you live over 60 miles from the office, your travelwill be paid but you will need to have the ability to stay overnight when required as their permanent location in the future could be anywhere in the UK.
