We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at TECHOHANA. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce environment, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce environments to drive business efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and implement robust data management strategies to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Microsoft Azure for cloud solutions and HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex data challenges autonomously.
  • Align Salesforce and data initiatives with the company's long-term technology goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in data cleansing.
  • Extensive experience in data management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex data issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
