Role Overview: As a Salesforce Vlocity Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce Vlocity solutions tailored to our telecommunications business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and performance of our Salesforce applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design Salesforce Vlocity solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and customization of Vlocity components, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Order Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure best practices in Vlocity configuration, development, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Vlocity releases and features, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Vlocity (Industries Cloud).
  • In-depth knowledge of Vlocity DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and other Vlocity tools.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes and requirements.
  • Salesforce Certified Vlocity Developer and/or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
