TechOhana have partnered with a growing End User with Huge Salesforce plans for the next 3 years & require a Salesforce Consultant on rolling contract.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with non-profit teams to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to support fundraising, donor management, volunteer coordination, and more.
  • Customise Salesforce to enhance reporting, automation, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure seamless platform adoption.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce updates and features to continuously improve solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, preferably within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and related applications.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, etc.) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
