Job Description

HR Specialist, Data, Systems & Continuous Improvement (UK & Ireland)

As a HR Data and System Specialist, you will be a key member of the People team, partnering with colleagues to deliver exceptional HR services. You will be responsible for:

  • Data & Analytics: Providing data insights to improve decision-making.
  • HR Systems: Overseeing system changes, creating dashboards, and maintaining system maps.
  • Process Improvement: Championing automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project Management: Delivering system training, partnering on data-driven projects, and contributing to global HR efforts.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies

This is a London based role that will require you to be in the London office, on a hybrid basis of 2 days per week. Please be within reasonable commuting distance to Central London to apply.
