Working as an electrician within a small maintenance team to ensure all plant and facilities remain in good working order.
Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and building systemsTroubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control devices
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical problems and address them proactively
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems
Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations
Monday to Friday Day shift with overtime availableWhat do you need to be successful as a Maintenance Electrician?
As a Maintenance Electrician you will need a strong electrical background as well as a flexible attitude to work to support the wider maintenance team.
Level 3 qualified with 18th EditionFull UK Driving Licence
Previous experience in a similar role e.g. Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Engineer, Industrial Electrician, Maintenance Engineer is essential
Experience in HTM & High voltage is highly advantageous but not essential
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
H&S conscious at all times
