Job Description

As an experienced Senior People Data Specialist, you will have a key role in reshaping our People team into a data-driven powerhouse. Your main focus will be leading our people analytics efforts to provide meaningful insights that steer strategic decisions

Duties

Complete People Analytics:

  • Take charge of our people analytics capabilities and results, from data gathering to insights delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure process uniformity.
  • Transform abstract ideas into actionable business needs.

Dynamic Dashboards and Reports:

  • Develop automated, always-on dashboards for real-time insights.
  • Create visually engaging data visualizations showcasing trends, impacts, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Facilitate easy information access for all parties,
  • Maintain GDPR and data minimization compliance.

AI Integration and Data Interpretation:

  • Incorporate AI and machine learning to extract valuable insights from our data.
  • Utilize Python and other analysis tools to organize, cleanse, and construct data models and visualizations.

Analytics Progression:

  • Guide the organization across analytics maturity levels, from basic reporting to predictive analytics.

Data Fusion and Comprehensive Insights:

  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, including sentiment assessments.
  • Merge HR, financial, operational, and experiential data for holistic insights.

Qualifications

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with PowerBI, Anaplan, or similar platforms
  • Solid analytical abilities covering statistics, analysis, and modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, processes, KPIs, and databases.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and HR functions.
  • Capacity to uphold best practices autonomously.
  • Hands-on work approach as an individual contributor.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Aptitude for collaborative work with various teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitudes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented mindset and independent work capabilities.
  • Knowledge in GDPR, data security, and compliance is advantageous.
  • Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management is beneficial.
