About the role:_


I am looking for an experienced & reliable SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a wonderful primary school in their Resource Base.

You will be working full time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 3:30pm with KS1 & KS2 children.

You will need to be someone with SEN experience.

You will be helping the child engage in activities, reading with them & managing their behaviour in a group setting & 1:1.

You will need to be a TA who can remain calm in stressful situations and can positively manage challenging behaviour.

You will be expected to de
- escalate any difficult situations with the children.


You will need fantastic verbal & written communication skills for this role, as you will need to communicate well with the child and also the classroom Teacher.

You will be helping the child engage in activities, reading with them & helping them with lesson work that the teacher has set.


You need to be a calm, open-minded TA who can remain unflustered in stressful situations, you will need to positively manage any challenging behaviour in group settings as well as 1:1.

You will be expected to de
- escalate any difficult situations with the children.
