Your role in 'better':

  • As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work within one or more of our UKI squads. You will lead the squad in identifying the right Agile Ways of Working and mentor them to continuously improve through inspection and adaption.
  • You will own Delivery Management for each Initiative assigned to the Squad, taking ownership of endtoend delivery from Idea through to Operate and measure.
  • You will be able to operate as a Servant Leader, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Project Manager depending on the needs of the team and the specific Delivery challenge at the point in time.
  • You will chip into the improvement of Delivery as a Professional practice within the tribe and wider Flutter UKI delivery community, taking an active curiosity about developing Delivery tools and standards across the business.

  • Confident handling initiatives from Idea, through Discovery to Inception working from uncertainty to bring focus, using Delivery expertise to create increasing clarity in terms of Size and Complexity.
