The position is available in Gdansk, Poland, Iasi, Romania, or Cambridge, England, and fluency in Polish is a must.



Key job responsibilities:
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels to drive outcomes.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
  • Provide support to leaders and their teams, work on organizational design and skill assessments.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance and retention.
  • Offer HR-related expertise to client groups.
  • Coach leaders in career management practices.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Design and implement HR projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused, international environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • Background in driving HR strategy for operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong influencing and partnering skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with data-driven recommendations.
  • Autonomy and judgment in decision-making.
  • Knowledge of European and Polish employment law.
