The position is available in Gdansk, Poland, Iasi, Romania, or Cambridge, England, and fluency in Polish is a must.
Key job responsibilities:
- Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels to drive outcomes.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Provide support to leaders and their teams, work on organizational design and skill assessments.
- Identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance and retention.
- Offer HR-related expertise to client groups.
- Coach leaders in career management practices.
- Manage sensitive employee relations issues.
- Design and implement HR projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused, international environment.
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- Background in driving HR strategy for operations.
- Strong influencing and partnering skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with data-driven recommendations.
- Autonomy and judgment in decision-making.
- Knowledge of European and Polish employment law.
- Curiosity and insight in multicultural settings.
