About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Amazon EU Devices & Services team in EMEA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our leaders and teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Partner with our leaders and teams to drive business results and improve the employee experience.
  • HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth of our organization.
  • Organizational Design: Facilitate solutions on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment to ensure our teams are equipped to meet business needs.
  • Talent Management: Engage and retain top talent, establish mechanisms to rotate and develop internal talent across EU, and provide coaching and education to managers on resolving sensitive employee relations issues.
  • Project Management: Define, design, and deliver business-critical EU and global HR-related projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources at a senior HR level within an international environment which is fast-paced and customer-driven.
  • Qualifications: Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment decision-making, critical thinking, and analysis.
