You will be looking after your own portfolio of properties acting as a key contact customer service contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout the duration of their tenancy

This could include:
Managing repairs and maintenance

Dealing with tenants and landlords daily

Daily safety reviews across your portfolio

We're not just looking for good customer service; we are looking for individuals who can adapt to the varying needs of our tenants and landlords and go that extra mile

If you don't already have this qualification we will support you to achieve the required standards
