Childcare Solicitor - Our client, a highly reputable medium-sized practice based in West Kent, is looking to expand their childcare department and is currently in need of an additional Childcare Solicitor specializing in public law. The ideal candidate should have experience in public law litigation and be capable of conducting their own advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Solid grasp on all aspects of Childcare matters
  • Experience advising and representing parents and family members in Court Proceedings
  • At least 3 years PQE
  • Strong advocacy skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Effective time management skills
  • Knowledge of the LAA and their applications process

Panel accreditation or a desire to join the Childcare Panel in the future is highly preferred. The successful candidate can look forward to excellent long-term career prospects, along with a competitive salary, company pension scheme, private healthcare, bonus scheme, hybrid working arrangement, and generous holiday entitlement.
