The Main Purpose of the Role
- Assisting the wider workforce with basic HR and Employment Law Advice.
- Support the HR and team by providing a highly efficient and organised administrative support service.
- Assist with monthly payroll, liaising with our payroll department and ensuring information is communicated timely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist the HR Manager with HR projects as and when required.
- Supporting all elements of HR, including discipline, grievance and absence.
- Support the onboarding process for all new employees.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in a busy HR department (Essential)
- Basic Knowledge of Employment Law (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A can do attitude
- Must be approachable, confidential, and adaptable to change in a fast paced environment
- Personal resilience
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business
Job Types:
