The
Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to become an integral part of our office team. Ideally with 2 years IT experience but not essential as full training will be given.
The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for:
Liaising with customers and suppliers, arranging timely deliveries of our mortars, accessories and hire equipment via external hauliers and couriers.
Processing of purchase orders from customers and building relationships with our supply chain partners.Responsibilities
- Processing sales and purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Transport administration for sales and purchasing.
- Liaising with the despatch team, external hauliers and couriers from order to completion.
- Sales invoicing.
- Administration and invoicing of all hire fleet machinery.
- Office administration duties.
Skills/Attributes
- Computer literate.
- Must be wellspoken with a good telephone manner.
- Attention to detail with good grammar and spelling is essential.
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- Forwardthinking and a proactive approach.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary
Starting at £24,500. Negotiable depending on experience.
