- Building and nurturing relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders, such as:
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Information Technology and Digital Management
- Reporting Business Entity
- Team Operations
- Insurance Broking Authority (IBA)
- Premium Processing (including Pro)
- Claims Management
- Preparing placement documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and market procedures.
- Overseeing service delivery from third-party providers.
- Being knowledgeable about end-to-end processes related to IBA, Premium Processing, Claims, and middle office duties.
- Leading premium processing operations and assisting processing technicians with problem resolution.
- Maintaining accurate placement records.
- Using market and internal systems to facilitate placements.
- Supporting internal File Audit processes and collaborating with audit teams as needed.
- Working with clients and brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, analyze recurring problems, and recommend process improvements.
