About the role
We've a great new opportunity to join us as our Planning, Quality & Information Lead.

You'll design, develop, enhance and deliver all required MI reports and planning tools, driving innovation through system management, data excellence and insight across the Customer Operations Teams to ensure reporting outputs are fit for purpose and are aligned with the relevant department objectives.


You'll be working with key stakeholders at all levels to define and deliver relevant MI reports and analysis requests, along with managing new and existing MI/Analysis requests within agreed SLAs.

We're looking for you to provide stakeholders in Customer Operations advice and steer on ways of improving outcomes based on system capabilities, and support delivery of our ambitious business goals.


We're looking for you to be working closely with IS Teams to understand IT functions that underpin reporting requirements, ensuring system stability to make sure reports are completed in a streamlined and timely manner.


You'll be our point of contact for any audit requirements on reporting that provide regulatory outputs, along any Governance/Compliance matters relating to the outputs of MI.

You'll be creating control documents to map out how and when controls are completed.


We're looking for you to identify and deliver sustainable efficiency savings and to help drive continuous improvement across all systems, streamline processes and remove duplication.


About you


We're looking for you to have proven experience of developing, automating and maintaining the timely outputs of the data reports for key functions, focusing on measures which support the department's objectives.


You'll have proven experience of maintaining and continuously evaluating MI reporting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and carrying out performance analysis and reviews, so experience of developing and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders is key to be successful in the role.


You'll have proven experience of collecting, manipulating and managing large datasets using a number of tools, along with a proven knowledge of code writing and database tools such as SQL, VBA, BI and SAS required.
