Our Client is seeking a Logistic Customer Service Representativeto join their team in providing exceptional service and support to their customers in Newton Abbot.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

DUTIES
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to streamline operations Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Utilise systems and tools to track, analyse, and report on customer interactions
Assist with materials handling, picking packing, and inventory management tasks
Utilise data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and warehouse management systems
Operate forklifts for material movement when required
Support category management initiatives to enhance product offerings

SKILLS
Proficient in using systems for customer service management
Experience in materials handling, picking packing, and inventory control
Strong data analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively
Knowledge of 3PL processes and warehouse management systems
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Understanding of category management principles
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations
