The Opportunity


We are currently recruiting a multi-disciplinary team to drive the growth of our sustainable development services in the global south with a particular focus on climate and sustainability, cities planning and design and economic advisory services.

New positions will form part of a network charged with building strong relations with key clients - notably multilateral and bilateral donors, private finance, and the public sector - and working with them to tackle complex challenges and to improve project and programme level outcomes.


Within this role you will be supporting a small number of Client Relationship Management Teams in ensuring that our clients have an excellent experience of working and engaging with Arup.

The role focuses on supporting the development and coordination of the relationship teams, maintaining the opportunity pipeline whilst enabling direct engagement with Arup's most transformative and strategic clients to support relationship building.


This is an exciting opportunity to assist the Client Relationship Teams to engage with clients outside of project delivery, build relationships with client contacts and grow our relationships with the purpose of increasing strategic alignment, shared business outcomes and commercial return.


Is this role right for you?
You will have primary relationships with the Client Relationship Managers for selected Arup clients operating in the international development space as well as with members of Arup country offices where clients have active programmes including:

  • Providing administrative support to the assigned Client Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Management team
  • Maintaining a highlevel client data quality and information management
  • Supporting pipeline management and work winning with the Client Relationship
  • Teams and Work Winning Teams
  • Recording and acting on client feedback (bids, delivery, relationship)
