We are seeking a
Student Enquiry Team Leader to join our friendly and dynamic Lead Qualification Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an international company.

About You

This role is a perfect first step into junior management role; ideal for an entrepreneurial graduate with 3 to 5 years' experience in sales or customer service in a premium or luxury sector, especially hospitality or culinary arts.

However, we will also consider applicants who have experience in different sectors, though you will need to show a strong track record of relatable experience successfully engaging with premium customers with a consultative sales approach.

Any experience of managing direct reports or leading a small team would be beneficial.

Your Role
This is a supervisory role which is part of our Lead Qualification team.

The team leader will support the LQPM in supervising our team of Advisors (based both in London and globally) who are responsible for engaging with and nurturing new student leads generated via our digital marketing channels.


The team leader will be a hybrid player-manager role, combining responsibilities for contacting prospective students who have expressed an interest in our schools and programmes on the Glion, Les Roches and École Ducasse digital marketing platforms, as well as supervising the London and globally based team members.

In a time of change and evolution for both Sommet Education and the Lead Qualification team, this is a great opportunity for an international education professional to play a leading role in growing the Lead Qualification team and developing a new commercial focus for the team.


Key Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Support the LQPM with managing a growing team of Student Enquiry Officers role based globally and drive strong performance at earlystage.
  • Take on direct line management for 23 Student Enquiry Officers ensuring conversion KPIs are achieved and agreed standards are consistently met.
  • Ability to create a positive team dynamic through KPIs achievements and challenges
  • Support LQPM with onboarding and training new team members
  • Drive best practice throughout the Lead Qualification team
  • Support with reporting on conversion KPIs via Salesforce, Tableau and PowerBI.
