ABOUT THE POST
Student Recruitment is essential to London Metropolitan University's
long-term sustainability. As the external voice of the University,
enquiry and conversion management is a critical part of the student
recruitment function and is essential to successful fulfilment of London
Metropolitan University's recruitment strategy.

This is a fixed-term, maternity cover post until 07 March 2024.

Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment & Business
Development,
the principal focus of this role is developing and overseeing a suite of
market leading enquiry and conversion activities including: management
enquiries; leading on development of creative communications schedules
offer holders; and management of an external agency delivering
conversion communications. The role also leads on the ongoing
development and deployment of the Customer Relationship Management
System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM), providing technical expertise as
well as a creative approach to communication design, while taking a
data-driven approach to strategic planning.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering consistently
excellent student experiences through high levels of customer service
and delivering an excellent student journey which guides prospects from
enquiry to enrolment. They will take an innovative approach to enquiry
and conversion management, championing personalisation and placing
student experience at the heart of all activity.
