We're looking for someone who is experienced in understanding the needs of our German speaking markets and localising global marketing strategies and plans.
The Marketing Manager for Germany role ensures that we deploy the best plans to grow the Warhammer hobby in Germany and German speaking markets.
You'll need to be able to understand how to localise a global plan.You will have a naturally collaborative approach to how you work and will be confident in managing stakeholders and communicating with peers.
You will be an experienced people manager who is confident leading and developing a team who mostly work remotely.
Your core responsibilities will include producing the annual country Marketing plan that supports both global and local business and Marketing objectives.
You will report regularly on Marketing performance, contributing to global campaign reviews as well as using data and insights to improve your Marketing plan.
In order to be successful in this role you will be someone who easily develops effective working relationships and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Working in Marketing is fast-paced and frenetic.
If you enjoy localising global plans and delivering highly effective Marketing content, then this could be the role for you.
