About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at cip marketing. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of projects in event and retail marketing for our partner adidas and other brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concept creation, organization, and execution of projects in event and retail marketing
  • Creation and development of innovative concepts and project ideas
  • Coordination of service providers and partners for ongoing projects
  • Management and oversight of the Brand Ambassador team
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new student workers (Brand Ambassadors)
  • Managing event vehicles (e.g. test & try vans for adidas Running and Terrex)
  • General administrative and project support tasks
Requirements
  • Degree in business administration with focus on marketing
  • Work experience in the sporting goods/fashion/consumer goods industry or with an agency
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Creativity to devise and develop innovative campaign ideas
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented
  • Advanced user of MS Office
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
